I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The garden and flower arrangements were tasteful, adding a touch of elegance to the whole property. The hotel staff, led by Tatsuya Shinkawa, were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. Everything was spick and span, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall maintenance of the hotel facilities. The peaceful location of this hotel made it a perfect base for exploring the city, as it was conveniently located near most major museums. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel had nice gardens and beautiful flower arrangements all over the property. The location was convenient as it was close to major museums, and not too far from the city. A big plus was how quiet the place was, which allowed us to return and rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. , the mattress was firm, which I love.
The hotel could not fix their internet connection during our stay. It was really disappointing because we had important work to do, and we had to go out of our way to find another spot with good wifi.

The hotel's surroundings are nice and peaceful, close to many museums. The room was very clean and tidy, with firm and comfortable mattresses. The service was attentive and helpful, and the gardens boasted beautiful flowers and arrangements. Nonetheless, there were no remarkable facilities to speak of.
The breakfast left much to be desired and was unsatisfactory for the price paid.

This hotel provides an exclusive and luxurious experience with its beautiful garden area and immaculate flower arrangements. The attentive service from Tatsuya Shinkawa and his team ensures guests are well-taken care of. The rooms are spick and span with firm and comfortable mattresses. Additionally, it is conveniently located near major museums and not too far from the city, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.
We only experienced one minor issue during our stay, as the restaurant options were quite limited. However, the quality of the food and the bar/lounge area made up for it.
